Fish maw chicken soup was execellent. Real ingredients, no other addictive seasoning. Chickens are free range very juicy and tender. Veggies were fresh. Mushrooms were organically grown in the restaurant. Last but not least, the sauce for the hotpot is the best I've ever had. Very reasonable price for the fresh ingredients We are all very full for the lunch buffet

Miss Flower Hot Pot in Edison, NJ is a great place to go if you like bold and interesting flavors. When we visited, we ordered one spicy hotpot and one sour hotpot, which made a really nice combo because we could switch between the two depending on what we were in the mood for. The spicy broth had a strong kick but still tasted good, and the sour broth was refreshing and tangy, which helped balance out the heat. The whole setup of cooking your food at the table made the meal feel fun and interactive. We also ordered chicken, beef, and enoki mushrooms, and everything worked really well with both broths. The chicken and beef cooked quickly and turned out tender as long as we kept an eye on them. The enoki mushrooms were honestly one of the best parts of the meal, because they soaked up the flavor of the soup and added a nice texture to every bite. Overall, Miss Flower Hot Pot is a place I would definitely recommend if you want a hot, flavorful meal and like trying different broths and toppings. .

Delicious Hot Pot Experience for the Whole Family We came here as a group of six, including both adults and children, and everyone absolutely loved it! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The rich pumpkin soup base was smooth and comforting, perfect for cooking the tender slices of beef and all the vegetables. Every ingredient tasted high-quality, and the dipping sauces added just the right balance of spice and aroma. The fried snacks were crispy and satisfying, and even the kids couldn’t stop eating them. It’s rare to find a place where both grown-ups and little ones enjoy every dish, but this restaurant truly made it happen. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — ideal for family gatherings. We spent a wonderful evening sharing food and laughter around the hot pot. It’s definitely a restaurant we’ll come back to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves delicious, comforting meals that bring people together!

The food here is really delicious and fresh. This was our first time here, and the server was really patient in explaining the options. Sh was also attentive - recommending foods and also patient when we wanted to add sides later. The service was quick to bring the extra dishes afterwards as well. FYI place is BYOB - there is a liquor store on the opposite side of the 99 ranch.

Absolutely loved this place! The broth was rich and flavorful, and all the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The chicken soup base was especially amazing — comforting, savory, and perfect for hot pot. The sauce bar had lots of great options, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The restaurant was also very clean with a cozy atmosphere. Definitely one of the best hot pot spots I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back again!
